NEAT honored by Denver Foundation
On July 28, 2011, the Denver Foundation presented the Minoru Yasui Community Volunteer Award to NEAT's President, Liz Cohen.  This award honors volunteers who have made unique contributions to their communities throughout metro Denver.  This is the first time the Denver Foundation has honored the work of an Evergreen-based non-profit.  Ms. Cohen shared the Minoru Yasui award with the NEAT Board members and founders.  The award included a grant of $2000 toward the NEAT project.
